Nat's shawl - Day 3 of 16

Ladies and gentlemen, if you just look to the left, you will see a stunning fifth of the shawl that Natalie is knitting for the Knitting Olympics.

It is nestled gently on the clover that grows in her front yard. While she does not normally leave her knitting on the ground, she felt that, given the current beautiful weather, it would be easier to move outside than make a tidy spot in her extremely messy flat.

She also feels that her choice of challenge may have been a bit on the easy side, but considering her over-commitment in other areas of her life, she does not feel the need to embark on her first fair isle sweater or anything ridiculous. Considering her Master's starts in a week and she also has to whip up a baby blanket at the same time, she thinks that this large, but easy to knit article is just fine.

And she would like you all to know that the Naturally Kid et Soie is a dream to knit!

Coming along nicely! You have some nice lawn there, too :)

Yeah, the landlord hasn't cut it for ages, so I have ankle-deep clover all over it! It's nice and squishy for sitting on at the moment while I'm knitting in the sun
